Thank you, Pam! It's getting warmer in here already.... get me a fan!!! Yes, I already have Module 1 on my calendar for Tuesday and Wednesday! I have previously built my own 5-week course that I could start with -- and I have taken women through that (who were in the MLM industry, but interestingly several had some sort of abuse-related background) but I believe my course could still apply with the new audience - it's a good starting point for them and can stand alone --- or could be a part of a bigger program. I'm undecided on DB. Ultimately, I see myself being branded as the "one to turn to" in these circumstances. (By the way, I don't feel equipped to handle the physically violent cases as that was not my experience - even though they likely suffered V/M/E as well - and I see my clients as beginning their path to healing.) I'd say both, but mostly online. I'd prefer to leverage my time and reach by building my business online - because abuse is not a localized issue - it's worldwide. However, I could also see myself sharing my story and speaking live for bigger audiences (not so much in the back dining room of local restaurants) and I could also see a couple of high-end clients per year at a premium fee - but I have some limiting beliefs to overcome for the high-end model. I'd like to bypass the time-consuming "free" strategy sessions if possible - cuz we all know they're not really free. I'm not unwilling to do them - but again, trying to leverage my time. Hope that helps clarify.... and thanks again!

HOT SEAT?! HA! I get it: Coaches on FIRE - literally - heating up the backside! @Pam Sterling OK - I'll apply. Let me know if this is something that might benefit others in the group and if it's Hot Seat material. I need help making a transition. When I got my DreamBuilder certification, I came home and got to work and found success pretty quickly. I applied the model and was speaking, offering strategy sessions, and enrolling people into the program. I soon found a market in sharing with MLM/Direct Sales/Network Marketing leaders (as I knew several) and spoke with their team on a teleconference, offered a session, and enrolled them into a 5-week program that I developed on my own, as a lead-in to the DB program, and things were progressing nicely. After some personal circumstances in life took me off course for a while, I bounced back and since the start of the 2nd quarter of 2015 have been developing my online presence and built my own website and self-taught the landing pages and webinar stuff and Facebook ads, etc. (OOF UGH!) Suffice it to say, I've spent a lot more money learning and developing than I've earned in income. So, after the holidays, I considered that in order to start the year off profitably, I should go back to what I know works (the speaking, strategy session, enroll method) BUT, when I sat down and started making a list of the MLM leaders I know to contact, I literally got a pit in my stomach. I spent the day with indigestion and realized that I could not go down that direct sales 1:1 coaching route again.... because I know what my purpose is - and I've received some pretty amazing confirmation of that. (Ask me about a lady who was at my first speech 5 years ago.) Five years ago, I founded "Make a Choice to Have a Voice" to raise awareness of verbal, mental and emotional abuse, one voice at a time, starting with my own. I believe everyone has a voice and CAN make a choice to use it. Many women have lost their voice/passion/purpose/identity/self-esteem - and I feel a responsibility to inspire them to know that there IS life after abuse, and to motivate them to make choices that are in alignment with desires... so that the can live a life they love. I've known this is my direction for YEARS, but have had a lot of fear in approaching it, because it means facing my own abuse again head-on. My question is: How do I make that transition gracefully? Especially since it will mean spending MORE time in creation mode when I really need to be earning an income with my programs - and still see my children and husband and occasionally maybe even eat and sleep..... Alright - it's out there. Light me up! THANK YOU! Christy
